Strangers in NYC
They are me. Excited, overwhelmed and facing something bigger than ever before. A deer in the headlights. A tourist who is seeing and experiencing something new in the backdrop of one of the most interesting and inspiring places in the world. They approached New York much the same way
I did, intrigued, intimidated and curious.
It was not love at first sight. I fell in love with New York by working and studying here over the years. I fell in love by talking long walks with my camera, doing creative projects in school, eating in the sidewalk cafes, meeting fascinating people, and even taking the trains. Any other place I have seen since pales in comparison. Its variety, energy and zeal is unmatched.
Now that I have New York, I am incomplete without it.
